三星平板售後服務不佳

我在6/28日預購了tab s 4G版，原本預購贈品為書本型封套，但是平板在7/7拿到，等待了三週封套卻不見蹤影，於是去電三星客服，為何市面販售封套已經隨處可見，贈品遲遲不送出，客服答覆約於7/28-7/31寄來，但是至今不見蹤影。台灣三星似乎有預購繳費後，後續服務就馬馬虎虎帶過的惡習，可能認為錢到手了看你奈我何。下次換機時買別家產品，奉勸大家即使非買三星不可，也別參加預購。
以下附上新光三越銷貨明細發票信用卡簽單， 商面寫的已兌換是指已經兌換新光三越滿額禮劵，而非封套。
ps 8/1 晚間8:30 法雅客來電，但是完全忘記是要將其寄出，所以封套還在店內....天啊!!!
