涉非法持有檀香木 印台商交保

（中央社記者何宏儒新德里8日專電）印度報紙今天報導，因涉嫌非法持有檀香木，7月8日遭南印清奈警方逮捕、移送的台灣商人林弘斌，昨天已獲法官裁定交保。

「印度時報」（The Times of India）、「德干紀事報」（Deccan Chronicle）今天分別報導，根據起訴書，在清奈（Chennai）巿秦塔德利皮特（Chintadripet）區經營魚蟹攤的45歲台商林弘斌，他與46歲中國大陸民眾陳兆民（譯音），在3名印度人協助下，涉嫌走私檀香木產品到中國大陸。

報導說，當地警方7月8日逮捕這5人，他們涉嫌非法持有價值45萬盧比（約新台幣21萬9680元）約140公斤檀香木，遭依「坦米爾那都省森林法」（Tamil NaduForest Act）和「木材運輸條例」（Timber TransitRules）起訴，同日移送。

報導說，清奈塞達皮特（Saidapet）地方法院7月25日駁回林、陳兩人的交保聲請後，兩人提出抗告聲稱遭警方栽贓、誣陷涉案。聲請書並指，本案管轄權為坦省森林部門，「但警方不知何故，卻繼續調查本案而不移交」。

代表控方的檢察官傑甘（M.L. Jegan）以會影響偵辦為由，請求法庭駁回被告的交保聲請。

報導指出，本案昨天聽證時，法官奧丁納坦（N.Audinathan）認為其中1名印籍被告蘇雷什（G. Suresh）已獲馬德拉斯高等法院（Madras High Court）裁定交保，因此其他被告也准予交保。1030808
