新店氣爆究責　瓦斯表內外為關鍵

新北市新店區一棟住宅大樓昨午發生瓦斯大氣爆，造成祖孫1死2命危，另有12傷。目前原因皆指向欣欣瓦斯外洩卻不認真檢查釀禍。東南科技大學環境與安全衛生工程系教授林正鄰認為，管線漏氣點，將是氣爆責任的關鍵。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林正鄰認為，如果天然氣外洩原因是瓦斯爐或是內瓦斯管線，那責任將無法歸咎到欣欣瓦斯，「就像家中燈壞，不會怪台電」。林正鄰表示，一句「天然氣法」規定，瓦斯表將為就責的分界點。（葉國吏／綜合報導）
