國泰金參股菲中華銀消息走漏　李長庚不悅

外電報導國泰金將參股菲律賓中華銀行2成股權，國泰金總經理李長庚今日罕見出重話「這麼多訊息，很不正常！」他說，國泰金對任何併購案，都會簽保密協定，國泰在此前提下，絕對不會主動對外揭露任何訊息。

李長庚說，國泰金對任何個案，根據慣例，都是不予置評，李長庚說，對媒體來講，公司的併購，可能只是一個報導，但對公司來講，併購訊息提前曝光卻是很成與敗的關鍵，且是不正常的。
