台南地檢署偵辦軍商勾結，破獲灌水肉品賣入軍中案，繼6月起訴14人後，27日再起訴79人，包括陸海空三軍及廠商。國防部29日表示，將秉持「毋枉毋縱」原則，全力配合檢調單位偵辦。

國防部指出，已要求各單位選派查核優良之士官、兵擔任伙委及採買，並且明確分工，同時規範伙委、採買不可相互兼辦；採買、伙委任期以3個月為限，卸任後半年內不得重複擔任副食採購等相關工作。

國防部另已要求各級主官落實副食採購稽核工作，副食採購避免固定商源，採買人員確實執行查驗及清點，返部後由單位專責幹部實施複查作業，並鼓(獎)勵所屬針對食材品質不良提出檢舉。

此外，國防部會同國家認證機構(衛福部)訪商稽核，提高違約科罰金額及管銷期限等懲罰條款，納入新約修訂，並對廠商違約(法)事實，依約(法)求償。另詳實商情訪查，務實反映市場行情，防杜體質不良廠商競標。

國防部強調，對於本案相關人員涉嫌違法貪瀆情事，本部將持續配合司法調查，並援為案例宣導，避免類案再生，以確保部隊純淨。
