[求救] 抓得到SSD，卻無法使之為開機碟

小弟約在半年前買了這顆INTEL530 240G的SSD，

電腦都是長期開著的，到前天為止都使用良好，

而昨天早上一起床就發現電腦有點LAG就重新開機，

結果就跑出reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key

跟我說抓不到硬碟了，但是進BIOS卻還是有看到INTEL這顆SSD的選項，

小弟舊的硬碟開機檔還留著，試換排線舊硬碟都開得起來代表不是排線問題，

而今天把東西備份完後把舊硬碟資料原廠，再用EaseUS Todo Backup把乾淨原廠開機檔複製到SSD(格式化)

使之為開機碟依舊是抓不到硬碟，BIOS跟F12卻可以看到INTEL的選項，當兩顆一起安裝時，不管是選哪一顆都會自己讀舊硬碟開機，

想請問這個是什麼情況？哪裡出了問題才會導致這樣？

P.S弔詭的情況還有一個，這兩天不管做了什麼動作，系統還原，直接原廠，電腦都還是LAG到不行
可以聽到舊磁碟一直在跑，像我打這篇文章打幾個字就會LAG3.4秒，或許不是硬碟的問題？
