藍委問補提監委動機　​馬英九：余必遵守憲法​

在野立委要求總統馬英九不要補提名監委名單，馬總統昨仍公布補提名監委名單，馬下午出席立法行政部門議事運作研討會，藍委廖正井問，這時候補提名監委名單「有什麼動機」？馬強調，他上任宣示第一句話就是「余必遵守憲法」，《憲法》上完全沒有不再提名的空間，必須要提名，後續會努力跟立委溝通。

馬總統強調，這次提名11位是因上次被刷掉11位，包括外交國防、公共衛生、工程、醫藥、律師等領域。（陳培煌╱台北報導）
