鳳凰颱風來襲　水庫新任務「把肚子餵飽」

鳳凰颱風來勢洶洶，很可能成為史上第一個「南北縱走」的颱風，全台警戒。不過各地水庫卻接到新任務，「把肚子填飽」。
 
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，經濟部通令各地河川局加強堤防、抽水機等整備，特別的是，這次防颱新增一項任務，就是把「全台水庫裝滿」，不啟動不必要的調節性洩洪，希望利用鳳凰一次解決基隆、南部缺水危機。
 
水利署表示，對鳳凰又愛又怕受傷害，因為氣象局預估今年秋、冬偏乾機率較大，而11月是傳統枯水期。北部翡翠水庫目前蓄水率只有6成5、石門7成4；比較麻煩的是供應基隆、新店地區的新山水庫，水情並不樂觀；供應嘉南平原的曾文水庫，蓄水率也只有7成，必須滿庫才能夠用到明年。
 
水利署將鳳凰視為「今年最後一個颱風」，要求各地水資源局審慎使用調節性洩洪，非到必要不予啟動，一切以水庫裝滿為防洪重要目標。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
