標題[問題] 離職當月月薪被計算成日薪?

小弟要從傳產公司離職 聽公司同事說 離職當月沒作滿一個月 當月薪資會以日薪計算 這是ok的嗎?? 而且連業績獎金都會以離職近三個月取平均值來算 如果是三個月是8萬 8萬 5萬 就會當成是每個月7萬來算獎金 因為有跳%的關係!!所以這樣算反而少 這些算法公司在提離職時也沒提醒 反而是離職後請主管打電話給我 這樣有違反什麼規定嗎?? 還是獎金其實不算薪資所以沒得申訴呢??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.159.28.148 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411479638.A.3D2.html
