國發會半年內提出扶助獎勵社企發展

立院經濟委員會今天通過立委臨時提案，為鼓勵青年就業、落實偏鄉及貧弱地區招募員工，照顧弱勢，平衡城鄉就業，要求國發會半年內針對社會企業提出具體計畫及推動法制、獎勵扶助具體計畫。
