【動即時】餿油案起訴郭烈成等8人　檢建請求處重刑

餿油案今天偵結，屏東地檢署起訴8人，包括製作餿油主嫌郭烈成、郭的司機兼業務施閩毓，進威老闆蘇清煌、妻子郭春葉、兒子蘇進威及大勝飼料公司廠長黃惠光，還有強冠董座葉文祥、採購副總戴啟川，依《食品安全衛生管理法》提起公訴。

起訴書提到，葉文祥、戴啟川、郭烈成、施閩毓4人觸犯共同詐欺，賣給下遊235家廠商，觸犯《刑法》第339條，加重刑責1～7年，建請從重量刑。（洪振生／屏東報導）
