公司 原公司 台達 職位 專案副理 資深工程師 工作 軟韌體 韌體 內容 (資歷久，雜事也多) (新領域，要花時間學) 待遇 63k x 16月(大約) 55k x 20 (明年也許剩15月) (保守抓20個月，表現好應該會更高) 地點 台北(租) 中壢(租) 下班 ~7pm, 很少超過8pm 平均應該8pm下班? 或更晚? 時間 小弟在原公司約七年，雖然熬到主管職，但總覺得技術上都沒什麼進步 這趟面試發現經歷幾乎都被大公司打對折， 加上原公司這幾年業績很不好，加薪幅度趕不上年薪下降速度(分紅變少) 台達不僅福利、制度會較完善，專業技術上進步幅度應該也比較快 撐的過三五年，甚至對未來轉職也比較加分吧? 至於上面列的年收入差異，雖然台達比較高一些 但也至少要待上兩三年，才可以把轉職損失的年終、紅利補回來 目前似乎是生活 跟 未來發展 之間的對抗@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.135.228.109 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1412694246.A.D90.html ※ 編輯: camelo34 (220.135.228.109), 10/07/2014 23:04:31
