嘉義地檢署偵辦劣油案，正義購買飼料油上游廠商之一的久豐油脂公司負責人邱飛龍20萬元交保，其胞妹邱麗品羈押獲准。

嘉義地檢署昨天指揮警方搜索永成、久豐2家油脂公司。檢方查出這2家油脂公司自國外進口牛油、魚油、棕櫚油等飼料用油，有些混充豬油，有些直接以飼料用油賣給正義、強冠等公司，供下游廠商製造食用油。

檢方昨天分別搜索永成、久豐2家油脂公司，先傳訊永成油脂9名員工後，昨天下午傳喚永成油脂公司負責人蔡鎮州到案，經檢察官訊問後，向法院聲請羈押獲准。

檢方另傳喚久豐油脂公司負責人邱飛龍及其胞妹廠務邱麗品到案。邱麗品坦承曾依顧客需求混油，再賣給鑫好及頂新集團等。

案經檢察官複訊後，認為邱姓兄妹犯罪嫌疑重大，且有湮滅證據、反覆實施同一詐騙行為之虞，昨天深夜向嘉義地方法院聲請羈押，於今天凌晨裁定邱麗品羈押獲准，另邱飛龍以新台幣20萬元交保，並限制住居。(中央社)
