黃線臨停車禍是我的錯嗎?怎麼辦?

昨天我騎機車回家
但前車有一台烏賊車排放廢氣導致我根本看不到旁邊黃線臨停未閃黃燈(人不在車上的)車子，所以不小心撞到他的車
因為我騎很慢(時數20-30)所以沒受傷
可是別人的車有壞掉

我要跟他和解嗎?
還是根本不是我的錯?
還是全部都是我的錯?
