「我覺得我比我媽漂亮」　女兒和母親男友上床

北市20歲女子和母親及其劉姓男友同住，不料之後竟愛上劉男，兩人在家中發生數次性關係。事後疑爭風吃醋，謊報劉男性侵，出庭時卻改稱是兩情相悅，還說「我覺得我比我媽漂亮」、「想將他搶過來」，檢方對劉男處分不起訴。

據《蘋果日報》報導，年約40歲和離婚林姓女子交往，並於今年7月搬進林女家中，和林女20歲女兒同住。劉男對女友女兒呵護備至、照顧有加，女兒漸愛上劉男，兩人在家中3度發生性關係。

某次林女女兒向劉男問是否愛她，劉男回答令她不滿，憤而指控劉男性侵。不過，林女女兒出庭時卻向檢警稱性行為屬你情我願，且「這輩子沒人對我這麼好」、「我比我媽漂亮」，還說想將劉男從母親身邊搶過來。

劉男坦言曾和林女女兒上床，但只是把她視作女兒，並無強迫性質。檢方調查發現林女女兒患躁鬱症，且稱性交並非違反意願，對劉男處分不起訴。
