台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元以30.952元平盤開出，午盤暫升8.2分，達30.870元，成交金額3.91億美元。

外匯交易員表示，雖然日圓波動不大，但韓元微升，新台幣緊盯韓元走勢，跟著走揚。

新台幣兌美元午盤前，最高30.859元、最低30.960元。(中央社)
