關於iphone5 電源鍵召回被說螢幕序號不符？

各位大大們您好　^_^

小弟有個輝常大的疑問！！！

我的iphone5於前幾日送至StudioA台北士林店去檢驗！

現場檢驗機子序號是否符合，確定過了，他說要再檢查螢幕序號是否吻合。

今天打電話告知我，不好意思，您的機子序號不符合，只要已經在外送修過我們就不再更換良機。

但重點來的，我從拿到手機那一刻起，就從來沒有送修過！！！

一次都沒有，只有去現場貼模過，而且我還在旁邊看著她貼，所以根本完全沒問題。

那為何我的機子螢幕會不符合阿？？？

請問有大大遇過同樣問題，並找到解決方式嗎？？？
