請問使用BOK 3D藍光HDMI影碟播放機有些問題急需處理

1.用來播放婚紗照或是愛情故事成長影片放完之後在重頭開始的過程中如何使它不出現 "BOK" 而能一直重複循環播放

2.即使設定重複播放如何消除畫面上小小的A-B的字樣

3.為何每次開始重複播放畫面都會出現 "不支援檔案格式" 如何在播放時不要讓此字樣出現
