在看了將近百間的大同，士林，北投區之後，決定還是回到熟悉的中和，只能說台北市的房價真的不是我能負擔的起的~~目前看到這間，屋齡9年高樓層社區大樓（15樓中的13樓），室內含陽台約32坪，隔四房，走路到四號公園或捷運站都不用10分鐘，屋主開價每坪56萬總價約2600萬，我用每坪50萬下去談，大約2400萬，房仲說很有機會，現正濣旋中，這樣我還可以留點錢裝潢跟買台國產SUV，只能說我們七年級這代生活真的很辛苦，等有進一步消息在跟大家分享~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.244.45.49 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1418274697.A.43E.html
