RX100M3直接上傳一直卡在登入?

大家好，小妹前陣子剛購入RX100M3
下載了直接上傳APP，以為能很方便直接傳到網路上
不過在登入的時候，輸完帳密點了登入後就完全沒有下一步動作
上面的讀取條都沒在跑
不管是傳FB還是SONY的雲端空間都一樣卡在登入
但是檢查wifi是有連線的，而且點其他的連結(像是"忘記密碼"之類)也會正常跑別的網頁出來
關機重來一遍的話，開APP時它又會顯示"之前的工作未完成是否要繼續"
請問是我哪邊沒設定好所以它才沒辦法登入嗎?
韌體和APP都是最新版的了
不知道有沒有人也有類似情況還是我是特例?
