【公庫】新莊老街 都更公地公用 拒政商聯手炒房

新莊老街曾經是北台灣政治及經濟中心，具有珍貴的歷史文化價值，新莊老街公辦都更案，其中「武德殿」已被指定歷史建築，並且有部分保留其日治時期外觀及都市原貌的新莊郡役所（現為新莊派出所）與日式警察宿舍群。
然而執行本案建設公司，卻要將武德殿移位，郡役所和日式宿舍則全數拆除，原有的歷史紋理將被破壞，藉此打造「水岸住宅」.....(完整內容請點入)
