標題[心得] x邦科技讓人不悅...

吼.... 家人在x邦科技輪班， 真的忍不住抱怨一下， 1、每次看產量改班表，說要改隔周或下個月就改，真的讓人很困擾，一下作三休三、作 二休二、作四休二。像現在下個月要改班表到現在還沒定案。 2、如果當天產量貨少去到公司當場叫你回家，你是不會提早說嗎？難道你會不知道當日 的狀況？（因為早班跟夜班都遇過這個狀況。） 3、像現在過年快到了，公司為了要省紅包到時候又說不要太多人上班，但是又不趕快做 決定，真的很fuck . 4、公司上課又不能報加班費，有時可以報補休，但是資深的老人都不敢報，菜鳥更不敢 。 5、特休只有在產量少時可以用，其他叫你用調班的。作四休二夠累了... 不知道是他們部門的老闆的作風還是全廠區都這樣？ 真的讓人很困擾，請要去此公司的人三思！！ 我知道各位鄉民的建議應該是不爽可以走人啊，但是我家人年紀到了...只能認份了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 110.26.28.250 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1419434802.A.CEB.html
