德媒報導陳水扁獲准保外就醫

「德國之聲」網站報導「台灣前總統陳水扁獲准保外就醫」，指出因涉及貪污案遭判刑在服刑的陳水扁獲准保外就醫1個月，離開監獄的時間點正值台灣的政治變動。

報導指出，陳水扁據報有心臟病、憂鬱症、睡眠中呼吸中止症，甚至曾試圖自殺。他在2013年4月被轉到台中監獄培德醫院治療。

報導引述法務部次長陳明堂指出，陳水扁身體和心理狀況難以控制，為防範有致死危險，必須保外就醫。

報導也指出，陳水扁在2008年卸下8年總統職務，隔年就因貪污罪入監；然而，陳水扁一直不認罪，並且聲稱是因為他推動台灣獨立而遭到對手政治迫害。
