請問彈鋼琴指法與練習

這些是我在琴譜看的東西
他們位在歌詞下方
但是我看不懂該重哪個鍵開始彈
另外還有、兩鍵如何彈?
有找個鍵彈奏，不過感覺像又好像不像.......

還有鋼琴有指法表嗎?
例如直笛就有01、012、0123、01234...等等
鋼琴是否也有?

至於彈奏一首曲子
雙手位子要怎麼放?
大大們能給我圖片嗎?
另外請大大教我怎麼練習演奏和按鍵熟練度
