俄國斥3千億美元　強化軍備

俄羅斯國防部長紹伊古30日宣布加強核武庫存，並對戰略地區加強兵力，但分析指俄國經濟因烏克蘭問題受西方國家制裁、盧布貶值以及國際油價下跌陷入困境，但政府仍準備斥資近3000億美元，在2020年前完成更新部隊裝備。　　

俄羅斯參謀總長格拉西莫夫指出，因多個原因經濟陷入衰退的俄國，必須應對西方新的侵略形式，其中包括經濟打擊，儘管經濟困境嚴重，格拉西莫夫仍表示，軍方今年將獲得50多枚新式洲際核導彈，以確保美國和北約組織不會獲得超越俄國的軍事優勢。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
