公文流出如要罰 柯文哲：坐蔡壁如旁

台北市長柯文哲在今晚播出的三立電視台專訪，提到大巨蛋、世大運等議題，對日前有公文外流問題怎麼處理？柯說，如果要處罰那員工，叫他坐在蔡壁如旁一個月；以前很多助理，坐在蔡旁邊，坐一個禮拜就胃潰瘍，也不是因蔡壁如逼人逼得很緊，只是因為蔡通常辦公室第一個來，最後一個走。

對恐嚇電話的想法，柯文哲說，人活在世界上，每一件事情都要很緊張，那就不要活了，所以「Take it easy，放輕鬆一點就好了」。

不過柯也提到自己有隨扈，太太陳珮琪和孩子沒有，所以有點麻煩，且媒體跟拍也讓珮琪哭了。

柯文哲透露，現在珮琪的門診掛號數暴增，但很多是掛號來陳情的，不是掛號來看病的，不過這些陳情信自己都不看，希望民眾還是循正常管道。
