歡迎來到每週五的「品味」專欄，在這裡，我分享我看到的種種美好。

因為 DARPA 聲名大噪，最後被 Google 買下的先進機器人研發公司 Boston Dynamics，幾天前默默釋出了一支相當令人震驚的影片，主角是他們最新研發的 Spot，一支非常靈活的犬型機器人，請欣賞：

從影片中可以看到，Spot 不僅有相當敏捷的跑步速度，室內、室外皆可運行自如，還可以爬坡、下坡，甚至是上樓梯。而最了不起的，是 Spot 的平衡能力，被開發者狠狠踹了一腳後，不僅沒有跌倒，還可以自行平衡回來。

當然，現在 Spot 的許多動作，可以看得出是從真狗身上模仿而來的。但當科學家們完成師法自然數千年的演化結果後，我相信，將會開始進一步探索那之上，更多的可能性。也就是說，前所未見的超級機械物種，可能很快就會出現在我們眼前。

讓人不得不讚嘆，科技進步的速度。
