國五北上車流湧現　宜蘭交流道回堵2公里

今天是大年初三，各地風和日麗，國道5號北上車潮下午不斷湧現，宜蘭交流道北上車流下午2時許車陣就綿延1至2公里，車輛走走停停，全都要趕在下午3時實施高承載管制前上路，而雪山隧道南口也是車多，壅塞到平面道路台九線，高速公路上車流回堵過頭城收費站，一路延伸到30.6公里處，車行速度緩慢。（林泊志／宜蘭報導）
