版友好~ 想請教關於香草退費手續費的問題當初訂的是繽紛香草就是怕臨時有什麼問題方便變動或取消去年12月訂好機票 1月底就發現肚皮有動靜雖然到出發的6月時間尚早不過我是流產的高危險群還是不要太高估自己的好@@" 決定放棄自由行後便申請了退費很快地收到確認mail 但是對費用感到疑惑收到的信件是這樣收費的 http://ppt.cc/X9ho 我買的是高雄-東京二人的來回繽紛香草官網上關於退票是這麼寫的繽紛香草的取消訂位時，酌收取消手續費用台幣900元(為1位乘客每個航段單程收費) 600元是本來就沒有退的款項沒有問題但手續費應該是900*2人*2(來回)=3600 跟4760就有1160的差額想請教退費過的版友有遇過這樣的狀況嗎是不是我漏了什麼呢先感謝大家解惑 :D -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.180.177.38 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Japan_Travel/M.1424614067.A.47C.html
