柯市長丟下房市震憾彈，買第二棟不準貸款（討論）

我覺得這個政策可行性很高，
因為台灣的房價越炒越高，
一個最主要的原因就是，投資客轉給下一個還是投資客，
下個投資客轉給下下一個，他還是投資客，

這就是短期內房價炒高的最主要原因，
而資金的主要來源當然就是銀行的貸款，

柯市長提出這個想法當然還要有完整的配套措施，
但是主軸就是在第2棟不準貸款，也就是人人有房住，
又可以壓抑投資客。

我相信柯市長這政策，
感覺還蠻符合目前全台灣大多數的民意~
