其實這個法規不是很智障嗎? 規定不能限制但是實際上錄取不錄取又不是取決於求職者... 與其浪費彼此時間不如直接挑明要錄取的所有條件不是比較好嗎... 條件不符合也就不用浪費時間去撰寫履歷或是前往面試了畢竟為每份工作製作個人工作履歷或是前往面試都需要時間的... 很多人都不知道在不高興什麼... 難道抱持著希望寫履歷去面試然後卻早已注定穩被打槍的結局會讓各個求職者比較高興嗎... 以上個人淺見只是深深認為訂立這法規的根本是現代版的晉惠帝Zzzzz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.72.19 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/job/M.1425597899.A.4CD.html
