求救！我的Macbook Air讀不到只要是WD的硬碟了～謝謝

想要請教有誰可以幫忙解決一個問題
我的Macbook Air讀不出來ＷＤ的硬碟（一個是Passport，一個是Passport Ultra)
但我弟的Air都可以讀得出來，我的桌上型ＭＡＣ也讀得出來，把Air送去檢修也說沒問題。
我用了Air裡面的硬碟診斷程式，結果出現下面那個畫面，有讀到硬碟，但裡面的資料夾就是不出來～～
也有試了WD Drive Utilities，但也沒診斷出什麼問題，請問到底是哪裡出了問題？
我的ＡＩＲ什麼時後才可以看到WD硬碟裡的資料？其他牌子的硬碟（TOSHIBA)都很正常，就只有這家的出問題！

請大家幫忙
