http://ppt.cc/OfOa 客家行政類科 最快今年加考客語 2015-03-29 07:25:03 聯合報 記者馮靖惠／台北報導 考選部5年前首次在地方特考中，新增客家事務行政類科，不限科系，非客家人皆可報考 。每年開缺不多，錄取率偏低。以去年為例，地特四等需用人數僅1名，52人到考，錄取 率僅1.92%。102年四等缺額4人，錄取率2.92%。 過去客家事務行政錄取人員，有的對客語一竅不通而遭詬病。考選部修正考試規則，客家 事務行政類科擬加考客語，全案進入考試院小組審查，若通過考試院審議，今年就可上路 。 客家事務行政類科的工作內容，包括客家事務政策、制度、法規與計畫之擬訂，及客家語 言、教育、文化、民俗禮儀與技藝之研究、傳承、傳播、人才培育等，錄取後主要分發到 各縣市政府及客家藝文園區等。 報考一般行政或一般民政類科的考生，由於專業考科與客家行政多數重疊，若對振興客家 創意文化產業有高度興趣，也可試著轉換跑道，投入客家公職領域。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.116.104.45 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1428020280.A.D31.html
