急問!請問如何讓WINDOWS 8.1關機後,不要切斷電源?

網路上大都是教人如何關機後自動斷電,如說明可以由regedit 設定 PowerdownAfterShutdown =0
但小弟試過了,還是依然關機後自動關閉電源,似乎只要把ACPI功能關閉即可達成,但在WIN81找不到哪裡可以關閉
請問有大大可以救急指導一下嗎??(工作設備用)
讓win8.1可以類似windows98 一樣,關機後出現{您現在可以放心關機}的PowerON類似狀態嗎?
