[求助] Windows 8.1中毒，能用系統還原解除嗎?

請問各位前輩~

小弟的筆電是ASUS A55V，於2013年購入，剛買來時作業系統是Windows 8後來升級至8.1。前幾天上網下載會聲會影X7，安裝之後電腦就中毒了，開機時會跳出一個Error視窗顯示:

上網時會跳出廣告視窗，移除會聲會影X7也是一樣，翻閱筆電說明書有提到系統還原，就是開機之後按[F9]，想請問執行系統還原可以解決中毒的問題嗎?

我對電腦不懂，怕弄出問題，希望前輩指點，感激不盡!!
