關於土地繼承方式同屬一個祖宗

事情是這樣的最近遇到一個狀況問問大家的看法

最近被通知祖先有塊土地要處理不然政府要直接徵收了

結構表現方式是這樣的

祖先(1)------>子女(9)(亡)----開枝散葉之後--->子女(36)

這36人是目前得到繼承權的人

按照法律是不是應該除以36?

但有人表示想除以9

因為在開枝散葉的階層時有幾個支線子女並不多他們意思是說可分得土地被稀釋了

可是若要處理土地的話法律需要的繼承人簽章是36位而不是9位

那他們的說法是不是不成立呢?(只能說他們的運氣不好子女不夠多?)
