路透：人行將推新QE 購買銀行資產

路透報導，中國人民銀行（大陸央行）可能推出新一輪量化寬鬆政策（QE），以直接購買商業銀行資產的方式向市場投放基礎貨幣，以降低融資成本、緩解通縮壓力。

路透引述消息指出，人民銀行考慮進一步向市場放水，採取的措施主要是調整及增加資產負債表，以刺激經濟，但這與2008年放水人民幣4兆元刺激經濟的那一輪量化寬鬆政策不同。

人行將直接購買商業銀行持有的資產，以投放貨幣；同時鼓勵商業銀行購買地方政府債券。透過新政策，商業銀行（包括政策銀行）將獲得低成本的資金，以助拉低全社會的資金成本。

報導說，大陸財政部及人行已基本上達成協議，新一輪QE推出的時間及力度，將超乎外界想像。
