男子性侵朋友妻友錄影蒐證逮到

郭姓男子趁朋友不在家時，到朋友家猥褻朋友的心智缺陷妻子；朋友後來看到郭男對其妻有不當行為，決定蒐證，故意以妻的手機通訊軟體，約郭男到她家。郭男誤以為朋友不在家，又對朋友之妻猥褻時，朋友躲在陽台旁錄影蒐證，當場逮人。郭男後來坦承犯行，與朋友和解，一審依對心智缺陷人強制猥褻罪判他徒刑3年8月，台中高分院今改判他徒刑1年10月，緩刑3年，需服義務勞務60小時。
