審護照條例立委要求林永樂出席

立法院外交及國防委員會今天預定審查護照條例修正草案，上午會議開始後民進黨立委邱志偉立刻提「程序」問題表示，今天是第一次審護照條例，這是很重要的草案，但外交部長林永樂卻請假未出席，他認為林永樂藐視國會，要求他出席備詢。

對此，出席的外交部政務次長柯森耀表示，林永樂今天因接見外賓請假，絕對沒有藐視國會。會議決定休息五分鐘，外交部出席人員也緊急連絡，林永樂決定稍晚趕到立法院備詢，朝野立委協商同意後，會議繼續進行。
