1.原文連結： http://news.housefun.com.tw/news/article/16332034305.html 2.內容： 近期適逢國內上市櫃公司召開股東會的旺季，建商董事長紛紛出席發表房市景氣看法。意 料 之中，幾乎每家建商一如往常一片好看，不過今年圓方創新建設公司卻獨排眾議，直言「 房市走了11年的多頭，今年要結束了。」 一般來說，上市櫃公司召開股東會總是「報喜不報憂」，特別是在房地產業，每年建商 大老闆都是一片叫好。 像以今年的股東會而言，京城集團董事長蔡天贊說「房市還走在上坡段。」、鄉林集團董 事長賴正鎰也說「在陸企來台置產效應帶動下，可望價量俱增。」、長虹建設董事長李文 造甚至說「房市還有10年榮景」，所以若只看這些建商董事長講話，房地產業確實是一片 欣欣向榮。 然而，近日卻有一家建商獨排眾議，喊出「房市多頭到今年結束」，引發市場的側目。這 家建商是代號5395的圓方創新建設公司，據精實新聞網報導，圓方創新董事長徐翊銘直言 ，去年就已經看到房市轉空的跡象，主因係台商在大陸的經營環境改變，「只要台商不好 ，台灣的房地產市場也不會好」。 徐翊銘預測，「今年就會看到台灣房市多頭結束」。因此，他將帶領公司轉型觀光產業， 布局飯店事業，未來更計畫擺脫營建類股、改掛觀光類股。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.231.108
