標題求救：有關LATE VAT CHARGE

求救各位大大，我在7月份的時候到倫敦及巴黎旅遊，出入境都是在倫敦的希斯洛機場，在巴黎的拉法葉百貨有消費，退稅手續也完備，當時是直接退歐元現金，可是本人這個月的信用卡帳單卻出現了一個"late vat charge"，折合台幣將近一萬，看了都傻眼了，我出境時有在希斯洛機場的退稅人員蓋了章，也跟人員確認收據不用寄回(當時海關人員有把一聯撕走），想請問一下各位大大，這問題到底該如何解決啊…我是依照海關的指示啊？！ 這是我第一次到歐洲旅行，接到這信用卡帳單我都慌了？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.19.23
