之前關埔四小國(嚴格上講是三小國)三房很少看到一千萬以下的， 可是最近黃牌子有看到一間芬蘭三房990(黃牌子變好多) 這建案我比較有印象，年初那時應該都破千的， 現在開始有點小跌的感覺? 不過還是在多殺多的範圍內， 這間當初第一手大概都15萬/p(看01有人09年PO成本六百萬左右) 新竹最近確實有房價在跌的感覺，不過我是看黃牌子的感覺，沒在看房仲跟預售屋 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.74.180.10
