同意前述版友所說 行長確實是個有遠見又城府深的厲害角色 大和田被半澤高高提起，逼到絕境， 最後卻被行長輕輕放下，就為了要收編己用與平衡行內派系 而半澤雖然立下大功，但在董事會的最後為了私仇， 自己情緒失控，強逼大和田下跪，讓重視功序倫理的日本企業難以接受 若不把半澤左遷，避避風頭，只會使銀行折損一個人才 只是這個最後結局，又完美契合了當初大和田的名言: 〈屬下的功勞是上司的功勞〉 半澤回收5億，保住伊勢島飯店，通過金融廳檢查，對銀行的功勞可說無與倫比 但從結果而論，行長顯然是最大贏家，藉半澤之手，除掉對自己行長位置有威脅的大和田 又能整合銀行內的派系，更加鞏固自己的位置 〈上司的錯誤是屬下的責任〉 大和田因為行長的意思僥倖保住董事一職，倒是他身邊的岸川，雖然在董事會因為 所謂的銀行員良心揭發大和田，最後卻是他被調職到遙遠的某處，等於當了替罪羔羊 最後，只能說一句，這就是人生啊! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.64.116.78
