有底圖的繪圖軟體

之前找繪圖軟體時偶然看過一特殊筆刷功能, 
不是將整張圖變成某種風格,
而是由自己選筆刷畫出
 
但筆刷會以畫下的位置為顏色刷過 
如果是油畫筆刷, 畫上幾筆後,
圖面畫過之處, 就上抹上油彩一樣
其他還是完整的相片

但當時沒有記下該軟體, 
之後不知從何找起

繪圖的高手, 若有看過類似軟體或功能請告知
