濫用外籍看護工？北市：宋逸民未違法

【林媛玲／台北報導】藝人夫妻宋達民、洪百榕日前帶子女到大佳河濱公園玩，疑將看護工當外傭使喚，新北市勞工局今天初步認定宋達民違反《就業服務法》，今開罰3萬元。由於外傳宋達民與哥哥宋逸民聘用相同外勞，北市勞動局今天則前往宋逸民家中查訪，初步認定，宋逸民與宋達民聘請不同的看護工，而宋逸民聘請的外籍看護工確實與宋逸民父親同住，也確實有照顧宋父，初步認定並無違法。

北市勞動力重建運用處表示，今天前往宋逸民家中查訪，確實看到外籍看護工與被看護人宋逸民父親同住一起，也向看護工查訪，看護工也認為沒有受到不當對待，並沒有違法，與新北市處罰宋達民的案件不同。
