男搭火車性騷擾落跑 掉出妻信用卡遭逮

彰化縣45歲陳姓男子搭火車，涉嫌站在女子身旁，多次用下半身碰觸女子的大腿，火車靠站時，女子大叫「色狼」，他跳下鐵軌狂奔逃走，卻掉落妻子信用卡，警方循線查獲，彰化地檢署昨天依違反性騷擾防治法將陳姓男子起訴。

去年8月2日晚上6時多，二林鎮陳姓男子從彰化市搭自強號火車，他走到車廂間的走道，站在1名年輕女子旁。 他假裝閉目養神，但利用火車行進搖晃，身體跟著晃動，不斷以下半身碰觸被害女子的大腿和手，讓女子感覺不舒服，當火車停靠員林站時，有不少旅客下車，走道空間變寬敞，被害女子往旁邊移動一大步，不料他跟著移動靠近，又用下半身碰觸她的手。

被害女子火大，大喊「你要幹嘛」，陳男回稱「沒幹嘛」，女子抓住他的衣服大叫「色狼」，引起旅客注意。此時，陳男拔腿就跑，竟跳下鐵軌狂奔，不幸，他身上帶著妻子的2張信用卡掉落鐵軌上，警方循線查獲。
