手機問題!! 急~~~~~急

我買了一台新手機,買了不到一個禮拜,但充電和放電都有問題!!

有時要充電,但寫(低溫,無法充電)......
再來是放電的部分是有時看到70%,過一會有變60%,再一會又變70%.

更扯的是我把手機充飽後,關機
隔天開機一看8%!!!

總之我不知道是哪裡問題了!!

LG E975 手機型號。

希望有人能幫我解答!!
