eTag多扣錢　遠通承諾加倍奉還

【陳如嬌／台北報導】遠通電收針對eTag多扣金額決定加倍奉還！遠通電收表示，通行次日起第3天出帳紀錄是實際扣款金額，如果在遠通電收的檢核機制啟動之後，仍有零星錯帳，遠通電收針對多扣金額，在今年內將對用路人加倍返還，並溯及上周四國道計程開始收費起。
 
遠通電收表示，到目前為止計程收費已有超過8千萬筆交易，其中需要調整帳目的交易筆數有100多筆，若經檢核機制仍出現多扣金額的情形，遠通電收一定誠意解決，針對多扣的部分，今年１年內都將加倍返還，補儲值至用戶帳戶。
 
遠通電收說，ETC後端的電腦與人工多重檢核機制正常啟動下，皆會過濾掉前端設備偵測到的重複資料，用路人於遠通網站及計程收費App等管道查詢時，即時餘額僅為快速便捷的參考資訊，仍有可能因檢核機制調整而有微幅變動，扣款金額以通行次日起第3天的出帳紀錄為實際扣款金額。
