想請問 有網址 有虛擬主機 但網頁想換成prophto

我朋友已經有一個註冊的網址 也有 虛擬主機代管資料
目前有一個舊網業正在使用
他現在想要換成用 prophoto 這種類似有內建快速抽換版型的BLOG網站

如果直接在這個主機內 安裝 wordpress 以及 prophoto 會不會造成連結問題?

那如果在作業期間舊網站不想關閉 直接操作安裝prophto的系列軟體
會影響舊網頁嗎??

還是說有方法在不影響舊網頁存在及使用的情況下，可以單一個虛擬主機位置再申請一個網址，變單機雙網站?
