蔡筱穎接任巴文中心主任

文化部駐法國台灣文化中心（簡稱巴文中心）主任陳志誠去年底任期屆滿返國，遺缺由中央社駐法國特派記者蔡筱穎接任。

文化部表示，蔡筱穎2002年取得巴黎第八大學社會系博士。她從1992 年起，先後擔任自由時報特約撰述，台視、中廣、中國時報及中央通訊社駐法國特派記者。
